Continuing the legacy from 1975

From the architectural excellence passed on by his father Benito (Architect Long Hair) Villanueva, Juan Carlos Villanueva, established JCV Construction &  Design in 2017 to build on the legacy of his father. JCV Construction & Design provides clients with a comprehensive view of their prospective projects through design rendering (exterior & interior), and scaled modeling. With our expertise in conceptualizing, planning, supervising, and building, we take charge throughout the entirety of the planning and construction, assuring that we accomplish every expectation from our clients. From his father's 44 years of experience in the field, our portfolio has reached from simple residential houses to condominiums, hotels, and resorts, a testament of our versatility and trust confided to our firm. Our success comes from our adherence to the principles of Firmitas, Utilitas, Venustas (Strength, Utility, and Beauty), which we demonstrate in every project. Efficiency is also a hallmark of our practice as we implement it from the design process to the actual construction, cutting no corners yet achieving excellent results.

Our broad spectrum of architectural designs includes minimalist type, Zen architecture, Spanish model, gives our clients many options and ideas as inspiration for their construction projects. All of our designs incorporate the maximum use of natural light and ventilation to emphasize the synergy of the buildings with the natural environment. Collaboration with the client on every step of the project is of utmost importance to us; we ensure the actual construction follows through with all facets of the plan, without sacrificing adaptability to any client and project demands.
